The society callsign gives members a shared identity for events, demonstrations and club activity. This starter page can later be expanded with schedules, net details, reports and photographs.

Community

Classic voice, modern friendship

Whether your station is vintage valve equipment, carefully restored ex-commercial gear, SDR-based, homebrew or a modern transceiver with AM capability, the shared interest is good operating and enjoyable radio.

Operating

Amplitude modulation: the original voice mode

AM has a distinctive presence on the bands. It invites careful adjustment, good audio practice and a slightly more deliberate style of operating. The result is a mode with technical depth and real personality.

This area can later hold recommended frequencies, net times, band plans, operating guidance and links to useful technical notes.

Technical interest

Transmitters, receivers, modulation depth, audio chain, antennas and operating technique all matter on AM.

Heritage

AM connects today’s amateur operators with the earliest years of voice communication by radio.

Expansion-ready

The site is built with shared includes, so menus, headers and footers can be edited once and reused across pages.
